Paul Ristau has been a Nationally Recognized recruiter for more than 19 years, specializing in Power, Utilities, Engineering, Data Center, Battery Storage, and Related Industries. His strength in finding the right Individuals to match with Client Companies in these fields comes from having lived the other side.
Paul entered recruiting after 30-plus years of personal experience with Ownership, Management, and Leadership in the Electrical Contracting industry and associated fields. He is a 4th generation member of a strong, family-owned Electrical Contracting business in the Chicago area. He put himself through college by working summers as an apprentice electrician for his grandfather’s business. Eventually, he took over the family business and managed all aspects of operations, estimating, and business development. |

An avid musician, he is the Timpanist/Percussionist/Drumset-Pops for the Peninsula Music Festival here in Door County, WI, Timpanist/PercussionIst for the Fox Valley Symphony and Weidner Philharmonic. Paul performed with the Green Bay Symphony for 20 years until its official closure in 2015, performed numerous Broadway shows both in Wisconsin and Chicago, IL, as well as led the Green Bay Packers Tailgate Band for 15 seasons.

Meet Mary BellMary Bell, Office Manager, has been with Waypoint Connect for 7 years. Since knowing Paul for over 15 years and being aware of his work ethic, it was an easy decision to accept a position in his new business. Mary has had a variety of work experiences from non-profit and for-profit organizations, mostly office related positions.
Also an avid musician like Paul, Mary is a flutist with a Masters degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College, NY and a Music Education degree from the University of Akron, OH. |
